Booking an Appointment
Scheduling an appointment with your doctor is very simple with Springwood Medical Centre. You can call to book over the phone. To book an appointment please call 31333441.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make it to an appointment please call us at least an hour in advance to cancel and rebook another appointment if need be. This will allow us to offer another patient to see the doctor. If you repeatedly fail to attend an appointment without informing us, your booking privileges may be revoked for the future.
Is telephone consultation available ?
Springwood Medical Centre offers telephone consultations. However, we highly recommend that you have a face to face consultation. We value our patients concerns, so please leave a clear message with the reception staff and our doctor will return your call between patients when possible.
Do you offer home visits?
Home visit is possible for patients who are unable to attend the Medical Centre depending on our doctor’s availability. Patients are better assessed in a fully equipped surgery and we encourage all patients to make every effort to attend the surgery if possible. Please call to learn more.
