Our standard appointment time is 15 minutes. We prefer patients to make an appointment, but if your matter is urgent or you need to see a Doctor we will see Walk in patients as soon as possible.

If you have multiple issues to discuss, a complex problem, require a second opinion, surgical procedure or a medical for insurance purposes, please let the reception staff know and a longer appointment can be made for you.

At Springwood Medical Centre we do our best to keep the doctors running on time. We aim for you to be seen as close to your appointment time as possible.

You can help us by:

• Alerting the receptionist when making your appointment if you require a longer appointment.
• Let us know if your appointment is for a routine prescription, injection or review.
• If you are running late and can’t make your appointment, please call and let us know with as much notice as possible.

We appreciate your time is valuable and if the doctors are running behind our friendly reception staff will do their best to advise you.
