Our standard appointment time is 15 minutes. We prefer patients to make an appointment, however if your matter is urgent but not emergency, please mention at time of booking or come as a walk-in during opening hours.
If you have multiple issues to discuss, a complex problem, require a second opinion, surgical procedure or a medical for insurance purposes, please let the reception staff know.
At Springwood Medical Centre, we do our best to keep the doctors running on time. We aim for you to be seen as close to your appointment time as possible.
You can help us by:
- Informing the receptionist when making your appointment the reason’s for consult.
- Let us know if your appointment is for a routine prescription, injection or review.
- If you are running late and can’t make your appointment, please call and let us know with as much notice as possible.
We understand that your time is valuable and if the doctors are running behind our friendly reception staff will do their best to advise you.
